Refund and Shipping Policy

Orders and billing

Online ordering and customer billing are currently unavailable. Before checkout becomes available, each offer will display the total price, any recurring charge and renewal schedule, cancellation method, refund eligibility, and expected fulfillment or shipping terms before payment is submitted.

Refunds and cancellations

Transaction-specific cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase. Eligibility may depend on whether a clinical review has begun, a prescription has been issued or dispensed, or an item has shipped. Health and safety requirements and applicable pharmacy law may limit returns of prescription products.

Shipping and fulfillment

When prescription fulfillment is available, prescribed products will be dispensed and shipped by an appropriately licensed pharmacy where permitted. The responsible pharmacy, delivery method, estimated timing, shipping charge, temperature-control information when applicable, and support process will be disclosed before purchase.

Unexpected charges or communications

If you believe a charge or order communication incorrectly references Meristem RX LLC, contact payments@meristemrx.com and your financial institution promptly. Do not email a full payment-card number, security code, bank password, or medical information.
