From first question to front door.
Getting started takes about five minutes. You tell us a little about yourself, a licensed provider builds a plan around your goals, and a licensed pharmacy ships it to your door. Here is how simple starting really is.
Step 1
Take your online visit
About five minutes. Private. On your schedule. You answer clear questions about your health, your goals, and where you live, and confirm your identity with a photo ID. Some plans call for recent labs or a quick message back and forth, and your provider will let you know if yours does. The more you share, the better your provider can tailor your plan.
- It fits into your day. No waiting rooms, no phone tag. Start on your phone whenever it suits you.
- Your answers guide your plan. The details you share are what let your provider tailor your care to you.
- Your information stays private. Your health details stay between you and your care team. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly how they are handled.
- No surprises. Your price, renewal date, and cancel option are all on screen before you pay.
Step 2
A licensed provider reviews your information
Usually within 1 to 2 workdays. A provider licensed where you are physically located reviews everything you sent. The provider may:
- Approve a care plan. When it is the right fit, your provider writes a prescription made just for you.
- Ask for more information. Your provider may ask a follow-up question or request records, lab work, or a live visit.
- Recommend another type of care. Some concerns are better handled by primary care, urgent care, a specialist, or an in-person examination.
- Decline to prescribe. A thoughtful “no” can be the safest and most appropriate clinical decision.
Your provider makes the call, every time.
Step 3
The pharmacy prepares your order
If your provider writes a prescription, it goes to the pharmacy named in your plan. The exact contents depend on the product and your prescription. Your shipment may include:
- The pharmacy-labeled medication
- Administration supplies included with your program
- Product-specific storage and handling instructions
- Information for contacting the pharmacy or clinical team
- Tracking details when the order leaves the pharmacy
Your pharmacy label and personal directions are what you follow. They are written for you.
Step 4
Stay connected to your care
Your account is where you can review plan details, receive provider messages, manage billing, track orders, and send non-urgent clinical questions through the secure channel. Before a recurring charge, Meristem sends a reminder with the amount, date, and a direct link to manage your plan.
What you can count on
- A licensed provider reviews your plan before anything is prescribed.
- A named pharmacy prepares your medicine, and every batch is third-party tested.
- Your care team is a message away, and you can change or cancel anytime.
Your plan is waiting.
