This notice explains how Meristem RX LLC handles information on this website. The site currently provides general business and program information; patient enrollment, medical visits, payment processing, and medication sales are not available.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. The site also stores necessary privacy-choice and security cookies.
Health information
Patient intake and account features are currently unavailable. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, identification documents, insurance information, or other health information through ordinary email or public website forms. We do not intentionally collect consumer health data through the site’s general information pages. A separate secure workflow and updated notices will be provided before any clinical service collects health information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to business inquiries, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with law, and prepare the business for launch. We do not use health information for advertising.
